Faktorist credit module is live with three pilot distributors in Lviv, Odesa, and Kraków. First confirmed receivable settled in 2.4 hours — well inside the 24-hour SLA we promised. Customer-success team is doing a daily check-in with each pilot while we tune the underwriting overrides.
What’s not
The FX-hedged invoicing feature for Italian buyers got pushed to Q3. The hedging vendor we picked in March turned out not to support hryvnia receivables, which is the only currency we needed. Switching providers takes longer than fixing it does.
One thing I’m thinking about
Whether the right second product for Faktorist is treasury management — same audience, related problem, no new go-to-market — or a marketplace layer that competes with the existing customer relationships. I keep settling on treasury, then keep being asked for the marketplace.
