Faktorist: $400M GMV (vs $260M in 2025), 41 cities live, credit module out the door in February. Eighteen months end-to-end on credit — slower than I'd hoped, the right pace in hindsight.
The book: Out in three languages, audiobook outperforming the publishing partner's model. Drafting book two — working title The Operating Layer — slowly.
Made-in-Ukraine: Two more issues, 500K cumulative podcast downloads, advertising broke even six months ahead of plan. The autumn issue's agri-export feature was the most-shared piece we've published.
FTR: Testnet through the year, mainnet pushed to 2027. Allowlist 1,840 wallets weighted toward Faktorist counterparties. Whitepaper v2 with revised tokenomics.
Refereeing: A full UPL season plus international assignments through Referee Abroad. Knee held. One call I'd like back.
